President / CEO
E7 Solutions’ CEO and founder, Edmond Delude, is a system engineer and management professional with over 15 years of program management, process development, and release management experience for software applications in highly technical, fast paced, global environments. Since 2008, he has leveraged both his skills and relationships to establish a full-service consulting firm.
Prior to founding E7 Solutions, Mr. Delude spent 15 years working with Chrysler and other auto manufacturers including Nissan, Mitsubishi, Mercedes, and Land Rover. A majority of that time was spent managing the development of engineering software applications and leading the development of diagnostic communication protocol specifications.
Mr. Delude graduated from Western Michigan University, where he earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Mathematics. He later received his M.S. in Systems Engineering with a specialization in System Modeling and Optimization. His professional associations include IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) the world’s leading association for the advancement of technology, INCOSE (International Council on Systems Engineering), Automation Alley, and has recently joined the Detroit Economic Club.
Vice President of Services
Greg has over 20 years of technology experience. He is currently managing a large systems and process integration project for a major manufacturer. In addition, he is responsible for the leadership and professional development of E7’s team of project managers. After working with E7 as an independent consultant, Greg joined the firm as Director of Program Management in November of 2011.
As an independent consultant, Greg has managed projects and programs in Retail, Manufacturing, Utilities and other industries. These projects have included COTS, ERP and custom development projects with budgets ranging up to $500 million. Prior to beginning his project management career, Greg was a UNIX administrator and technical architect.
Greg has experience in many methodologies, including SDLC, RUP and Agile. He specializes in tailoring project management solutions to the circumstances of each project and client.
Greg graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a B.S. in English Literature. He currently resides in the northern Detroit suburbs with his wife and three children.
Manager Talent Acquisition & Client Development
Diana Fleszar has over 20 years of experience in sales, recruitment, business development and customer service.
Prior to joining E7 Solutions, Diana served as a National Business development professional and National Recruiter in a broad cross-section of industries including data management, retail, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, bio-technology and information technology. Diana has applied her creativity and business knowledge creating successful departments, improved processes, and marketing initiatives. Diana specializes in identifying solutions specific to the client’s needs while always providing the best of customer service.
Diana enjoys supporting the fine arts and several non-profit organizations. Diana holds an Associates of Fine Arts degree from The Ohio State University and completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Management at the University of Phoenix.
