I'm good, thank you. Thank you for jumping on this call with me?
Rob:
My pleasure.
Sarah:
Great. Well, I brought you on today to talk a little bit about the ITSM High Velocity World Tour event. Atlassian will be hosting here in November. If you could, just give me a quick intro about yourself and a little bit about the event.
Rob:
Absolutely. I'm Rob Schaffer, part of the Atlassian Channel Team around service management. The event is November 10th at 8:00 a.m. Pacific time, 11:00 a.m. Eastern. We are going to be hosting it using Reggie Watts. Reggie is part of James Corden's "Late Show." So, great celebrity host. We're really excited to have him. The event's going to take you through all the developments for Jira Service Management over the last year. Things to come. It's going to be packed full of information. We're also going to have a few speakers on board as well.
Sarah:
Awesome. I can say for everyone on the E7 team, we are thrilled with what Atlassian is working on with JSM and ITSM. [We've] put a lot of work into our practices and expertise on that. But if you could tell me a little bit about the specific part of the event, what would you say you're really looking forward to viewers seeing out of everything that will be on that event?
Rob:
Well, I'm very excited about a few of our top customers who are going to be there to talk about their experience with JSM and their journey with Atlassian. We're going to have Lufthansa, and we're going to have a division of Telstra. So, we're really excited for their stories. They're going to be interviewed by our CRO, and I think it will be a very interesting interaction for all of your customers and ours.
Sarah:
Wonderful. Yeah, we're all about hearing customer success stories, that's for sure.
Rob:
Absolutely.
Sarah:
So back to the event, when is the event again? And is there a cost associated with signing up?
Rob:
No, this is a free event. It's going to be a lot of fun. November 10th, again, at 8:00 a.m. So, 8:00 a.m. Pacific, 11:00 Eastern. So please be there. We're looking forward to seeing everyone.
