Paul is the Manager of Application Engineering, where he leads and assists his team in delivering quality technical services in implementations, migrations and support in the Atlassian space. Starting his journey with E7 in November 2021, Paul brings a great deal of enterprise technology experience with a strong passion for customer-facing support.

Before joining E7, Paul spent around 15 years at large organizations with a focus on Retail Technology, supporting everything from mass deployments across thousands of devices and users, new technology POCs, store openings, and Service Desk and Operations. Outside of work, Paul enjoys collecting vinyl records, attending Chicago Blackhawks games and quality time with his wife and two-year-old daughter.

He leads the delivery team as Service Delivery Director, which is responsible for the implementations of ITIL/ITSM solutions, server to cloud migrations and consulting and best practices focused on the Atlassian tools.
