Why the Increase?

This price change reflects Atlassian’s continued investment in building powerful cloud products for all teams and reflects Atlassian’s ongoing commitment to unify your teams on the Atlassian Cloud Platform, facilitating greater alignment and more efficient collaboration. A few of the investments they have made include:

Trust

  • External User Security: Allow admins to enforce 2FA for external users, such as contractors, through a one-time password (OTP) to allow them access to your content.

  • App access rule: A new data security policy that allows admins to restrict app access to specific Atlassian instances, Confluence Spaces, or Jira Projects

  • JSM SSO: Jira Service Management and Atlassian Access will support single sign-on (SSO) for portal-only customers. This means users outside of a business (especially an organization’s customers) can now leverage the authentication credentials you already have for them.

  • HIPAA compliance: Available across Jira Software, Confluence, and now Jira Service Management to ensure comprehensive privacy and security protections that enable you to operate Atlassian products in compliance with HIPAA.

  • Support multiple identity providers for a single organization: Customers can now connect multiple identity providers to implement SAML SSO and SCIM user provisioning to their Atlassian Cloud organization.

Connected teams

  • Atlassian Analytics: which gives you pre-modeled and enriched data in the platform. That way, you can start actioning on your data immediately and can use that data to drive accountability to goals and make informed decisions on how to allocate resources.

  • Confluence external collaboration: so you can securely add guest collaborators to specific Confluence spaces with the ability to restrict access to sensitive information.

  • Automation for Confluence: Minimize manual tasks and keep teams organized with flexible automation rules to complete a variety of repetitive tasks and workflows across your growing Confluence site.

  • Automation rules for assigning issues to the appropriate on-call person: Admins can now assign JSM issues to an on-call person.

Innovation

  • Confluence Whiteboards - Beta: A new digital canvas to brainstorm, turn ideas into action, and visualize work

  • AI-Powered Virtual Agent (JSM): Automate support interactions, deflect common issues, and give time back to your team to focus on higher-value work.

  • Story-level issues on the roadmap (JSW): Create, schedule, visualize dependencies, drag and drop stories beneath epics on the roadmap for kanban projects.

  • Atlassian Intelligence (EAP): Your new virtual teammate that accelerates your work with the power of AI through internal models and Atlassian collaboration with OpenAI.

  • Jira Product Discovery: A dedicated tool for product teams to capture and prioritize ideas, connect business and tech teams, and get teams aligned.

  • Atlas: A dedicated tool to connect the dots across teams, their apps, and work anywhere work happens - all on one screen.
